Terms of Use
Agreement
By downloading or using SnoozePulse, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Wellness tool only
SnoozePulse is a consumer wellness app. It does not provide medical advice and it does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent sleep apnea or any other condition. Scores and detections can be wrong. Do not use the app as a substitute for a clinician, a sleep study, or emergency care.
How you may use the app
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SnoozePulse on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial sleep tracking. You may not misuse the microphone, attempt to disrupt the app, or use it to record other people without any consent the law requires.
Your audio
Audio captured during a session stays on your device. We do not take a license to upload, sell, or train models on your recordings. You are responsible for how you share any snippet you export or play in someone else’s presence.
The app is provided as is
SnoozePulse is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, including accuracy of snore detection, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted overnight recording. Battery, thermal limits, and the operating system can stop a session.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer of SnoozePulse is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any health decision you make after viewing results in the app.
App Store terms
If you download SnoozePulse from the Apple App Store or Google Play, the platform’s standard terms also apply. Apple’s standard EULA applies to App Store downloads unless Apple shows you a custom license at purchase.
Source code
The project is public at github.com/JobinMathewP/SnoozePulse. Use of the source is governed by the license file in that repository, which is separate from these terms for the distributed app.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
